GENERAL INFORMATION

The state of Kansas requires a child to be five years old on or before August 31 to enter kindergarten. First graders must be six on or before August 31.

Children entering a school in the state of Kansas for the first time must have a physical exam. This health assessment and record of current immunizations, signed by a doctor, must be in our office before your child starts school. (Health forms for Kindergarten students will be included in a packet distributed in April.)

All New students: A copy of child's birth and baptismal certificates must be sent to the school office with registration.

Transferring Students: Parents of students transferring to St. Ann Catholic School must provide copies of your child's academic & health records.

SUPPLEMENTAL TUITION

Supplemental tuition helps bridge-the-gap between the cost of education and the in-parish tuition rate. For one child, the actual cost of education is $8,180 or $2,750 above the in-parish rate.

Thank you for considering a supplemental tuition contribution to help support a high level of investment in the school while keeping the tuition rate affordable. All supplemental tuition contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the tax law.

TECHNOLOGY LIABILITY AGREEMENT

St. Ann Catholic School carries repair/replacement insurance on all student Chromebooks & iPads; the deductible is $100.

I agree to pay the $100 deductible fee should the school determine that my child is responsible for damage to one of its Chromebooks or iPads.

No student will be allowed to use a Chromebook or iPad in school without this signed document on file.

MEDIA RELEASE

Without compensation, I hereby grant permission to St. Ann Catholic School to use and reproduce photographs taken of my child(ren). These photographs may be used for news and editorial purposes in publications, electronic reproductions (social media), and/or brochures. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same photos without restriction and to copyright the same. I hereby release the photographer, the journalists, and the publications or media outlets they represent, as well as St. Ann Catholic School from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

The administration reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures in the handbook and discipline policy.
